This is a full-time remote role for a Property Practitioner. The Property Practitioner will be responsible for managing property listings, conducting property viewings, negotiating sales and leases, providing client consultation, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Daily tasks will include building client relationships, maintaining property databases, and staying updated on market trends.

• Experience in property management, sales, and client relations
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Knowledge of real estate market trends and industry regulations
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Proficient in using property management software and tools
• Attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent customer service
• Relevant certifications in real estate or property management are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field
