Imports Logistics Coordinator

As the Imports Logistics Coordinator youll manage the end-to-end import process collaborating with suppliers freight partners and internal teams to guarantee seamless efficient logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate and manage international shipments from origin to final delivery.
• Liaise with shipping lines freight forwarders and clearing agents to ensure timely clearance and transport.
• Verify and process all import documentation including invoices packing lists bills of lading and certificates of origin.
• Track container movements monitor ETAs / ETDs and update key stakeholders proactively.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations Incoterms and import legislation .
• Support procurement and finance teams with landed cost analysis and supplier reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate data on ERP systems and prepare logistics performance reports.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce lead times.

Qualifications & Experience :

Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics or International Trade (preferred).

Minimum 35 years of experience in imports logistics coordination or freight forwarding .
