Job descriptionTo support the transformation of the business through the implementation and support of HR systems and processes across Mediclinic’s three operating divisions. Project Implementation Support General Administration Create and maintain training material and facilitation Identify and test Success factors system configuration (Basic Testing) Systems Support Continuous Improvement and Quality Management Bachelor degree Computer literacy Teritary degree in HR, Industrial psychology, Commerce, Information Systems N / A 1-2 years in HR systems field Ability to work independently Able to take initiative Able to work under pressure Aptitude for information systems and working with business processes Attention to detail Computer literate : Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Cultural sensitivity Problem solving skills Structured / Conscientious Technical insight Time Management Human Resources jobs
