Minimum Requirements :
- Qualification in Business Management / Finance / Economics or related field
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- 13 years of project coordination or process improvement experience.
- Experience with Power BI, Visio, or other reporting / mapping tools (advantageous).
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies.
- Commodity trading exposure is a plus, not a must.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Support planning and execution of process improvement initiatives across departments.Gather and analyse data to identify opportunities for improvement.Document workflows, processes, and Standard Operating Procedures.Track and report on project progress, deadlines, and deliverables.Help facilitate workshops, training sessions, and team meetings.Monitor adoption and compliance of new processes.Prepare presentations, reports, dashboards, and other project materials.Work closely with IT, Finance, Operations, and other teams to ensure solutions are practical and scalable.PLEASE NOTE : Thank you for your interest in this position, we will review and be in touch if you are suitable.
