Applicants are required to meet the following criteria :

Journalist

At least 3 years of reporting or content writing for print, radio, or digital media
Qualification : Diploma or degree in Journalism, Communication, or English
Strong research and writing abilities
Ability to develop community-driven stories
Familiarity with ethical journalism practices
Confidence in interviewing and sourcing credible information

Reporter

Minimum 3 years in field reporting, radio presenting, or multimedia storytelling

Qualification : Diploma or certificate in Journalism, Media Studies, or Communication

Confident on-mic and on-camera presence

Strong communication and presentation skills

Quick thinking and ability to report live or under deadlines

Familiarity with social media and newsroom workflows

Salary : Market related
