Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare and conduct polygraph (integrity) tests to assess examinees for deceptive tendencies.
- Formulate and ask relevant interview questions, ensuring a professional and thorough examination process.
- Utilize specialized tools and techniques to monitor responses and analyze findings.
- Document results, analyze data, and present clear reports to management and relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, ethics, and integrity in all aspects of the role.
- Collaborate with security, management, and local authorities in investigations, testifying and providing expert insights when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with the American Polygraph Association (APA) standards and company policies.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to refine skills and stay updated on industry developments.
Requirements
Certification as a Polygraph Examiner from a recognized institution (e.g., APA).Strong understanding of psychology and physiology, with the ability to assess deceptive tendencies accurately.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings to non-expert audiences.Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently.Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
