Position Summary
We’re looking for a Digital Growth & Automation Strategist to lead the charge in designing, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns while building the backend workflows that power scalable, data-driven marketing operations. This role sits at the intersection of performance marketing and marketing automation—ideal for someone who thrives on both creative execution and systems architecture.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Programmatic).
- Design and implement automated workflows using tools like n8n, Make.com, Zapier, or HubSpot to streamline lead capture, nurturing, and handoff.
- Build and maintain campaign dashboards and attribution models using tools like Looker Studio, Google Analytics, or Tableau.
- Collaborate with content, CRM, and sales teams to align messaging, targeting, and funnel logic.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the marketing-to-sales pipeline through automation and process design.
- Test and deploy AI-driven enhancements (e.g., predictive lead scoring, dynamic creative optimization).
- Document systems and processes to ensure knowledge transfer and operational continuity.
Qualifications
4+ years of experience in digital media buying and performance marketing.2+ years of experience designing and deploying marketing automation workflows.Proficiency with platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, HubSpot, n8n, Make.com, or similar.Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization and campaign reporting.Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management best practices.Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.Bonus : Experience with scripting (JavaScript, Python) or API integrations.Sensibilities
