Job descriptionMinimum 5 years’ experience in Information Technology, preferably in applications development. At least 3 years’ experience in service-oriented solutions architecture / design within a Microsoft development environment. Proven experience developing software solutions in a Microsoft ecosystem using Visual Studio .NET, C#.NET, Windows Workflow Foundation, SQL / SQL Reporting Services, SharePoint (2016 & Online). In-depth knowledge of service-oriented architecture (SOA) principles and development lifecycle methodologies. Experience in solution design, user experience architecture, workflow design, and data architecture. Demonstrated ability to manage application development projects through the full SDLC using Azure DevOps. At least 5 years’ experience as a SharePoint Developer. At least 3 years’ experience as a Power Apps Developer. InfoPath Conversion : Analyse existing InfoPath applications, identify requirements, design a conversion strategy to migrate to SharePoint Online. Power Apps Development : Design and develop new applications to replace legacy InfoPath forms, enhance functionality and system responsiveness. Workflow Automation : Build and optimise workflows using Power Automate, replicate and enhance InfoPath functionalities integrating with SharePoint Online and Office 365 services. Requirement Gathering : Engage with stakeholders, document specifications, translate into technical solutions. Integration & Customisation : Customise Power Apps to integrate with Office 365 tools (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive) and external data sources. Testing & Documentation : Perform thorough testing, debugging, troubleshooting, maintain technical documentation. User Training & Support : Provide end‑user training, support, troubleshooting, promote adoption. B‑Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Relevant Microsoft Certifications (SharePoint, Power Platform, Azure) will be advantageous. SharePoint Development (2016 / Online) Power Platform Development (Power Apps, Power Automate) Microsoft .NET Framework and ASP.NET MVC HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JSON, Bootstrap SQL Server and data integration Office 365 ecosystem (Teams, OneDrive, Outlook) Scripting experience (PowerShell, JavaScript) SharePoint 2016 Configuration and Development Power Platform Development Strong communication skills (verbal and written English) Excellent time management and organisational skills Ability to work independently in a remote / work‑from‑home environment. Must have a quiet and professional workspace suitable for online meetings and collaboration.
