Position : UI / UX Designer

Experience Level : Mid-Level

Rate : $8-12 / hr (depending on experience)

Full Time (40 hrs / week)

Job Description :

QuickTeam is seeking a passionate UI / UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting exceptional user experiences and visually stunning interfaces for our various digital products. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure that our designs meet user needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct user research and analyze user feedback to inform design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user experiences that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our products relevant and exciting.
  • Participate in usability testing and iterate based on user feedback to enhance overall user experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a UI / UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Experience with responsive and adaptive design practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and creativity.
  • Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively present designs and collaborate with team members.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • A willingness to take constructive feedback and iterate on designs.
