The Role : Lettings Negotiator

The Lettings Negotiator will be responsible for managing applicant enquiries, coordinating viewings, and negotiating successful lettings deals in the London property market. The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. This is a full-time office-based role in Cape Town, working UK business hours.

Working Hours

Monday to Thursday : 9 : 00 am -7 : 00 pm (UK time)

• Friday : 9 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm (UK time)
• Saturday : 10 : 00 am - 4 : 00 pm (UK time)
• Please note : South Africa is 1-2 hours ahead of the UK
