About the role
As the Product manager covering DS Microbiology & Lab Automation solutions, the role encompasses the development of marketing strategies and implementation with customer support functions.They will align with the commercial teams, DS initiatives, product portfolio, local market trends / data to identify projects for evidence-based generation, KOL engagement and develop marketing strategy & ensure customer experience and centricity excellence by analyzing continual external and internal training / support needs.Main responsibilities will include :
Provide application support where needed and standardize training curriculum and matrix for internal and external distributors and direct customers.Creating value proposition and evidence for KOL advocacyAssist in tender specifications drafting and response to tenders, when needed.Forecasting and budgeting input for the commercial teams (near- and long-term planning)Creating marketing plans and strategies in cooperation and alignment with commercial team. Driving the vision and implementation.Ensuring collateral marketing material is approved via internal marketing standardsArrange and prepare for events / workshops / seminars and KOL engagements based on market needs and strategies.Prepare presentations and be the main BD speaker as needed for microbiology expertise topics or projects and cooperation with KOL’s in the region.Regulatory as necessary to align launch of new products, prioritization of market needs with commercial team and liaison with appropriate regional regulatory teams.Empowering, prioritizing and delegation based on needs and support required based on description included herein.About you
BSc degree in Microbiology and / or Medical Laboratory Sciences with a strong understanding of Microbiology workflow and international / national guidelines.Proven experience in a microbiology lab with commercial / product management or marketing in a similar environment.Field communication – supporting the sales team and attending customer meetings as required. Understanding of market dynamics and customer needs within the in-vitro diagnostic market (IVD)Ability to work autonomously and be capable of independently generating, prioritizing and completing work.Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skillsSelf-motivated with a desire for self-development.An ability to show initiative and a flexible team player.Good negotiation skills, decisive but open also to suggestion and dialogue, this person evolves effectively in a complex and consensual multicultural environment and within a highly matrixed organizationEndFragment
