COMPANY DESCRIPTION :

Our client within the agriculture and mining sector is looking for a Security Technician to join their team as soon as possible.

JOB DESCRIPTION / PURPOSE :

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

Installing, maintaining, configuring and repairing security systems, such as alarm systems (AJAX and DSC), CCTV, and access control (Hikvision).
Troubleshoot system malfunctions
Perform routine testing

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS :

Matric

Relevant tertiary qualifications will be highly advantageous

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED :

Minimum 3 years experience in a technical position within the security industry

Advanced knowledge on AJAX, DSC and Hikvision systems

Valid driver's license
