Duties & Responsibilities

Our client, a leading player in the office automation and technology solutions industry, is looking for a motivated Financial Accountant to join their dynamic team in Pietermaritzburg. If you’ve completed your BCom and have at least one year of accounting experience, this is your opportunity to join a forward‑thinking business that combines innovation, service, and efficiency to help clients work smarter. Key Responsibilities :

• Preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports
• Payroll function included such as VIP processing, admin related tasks
• Ensuring accurate processing and reconciliation of accounts
• Assisting with budgets, forecasts, and cash flow management
• Supporting audits and compliance requirements
