What you will be doing
- Lead the orchestra - Plan, direct, and harmonize marketing across content, digital, social, and paid channels.
- Tell stories that sell - Craft campaigns that connect emotionally and commercially with B2B and B2C audiences. You need to understand how to position a brand as a local SA brand.
- Data whispering - Use insights to spot opportunities, cut waste, and double down on what’s working.
- Growth hacking - Test bold ideas, break things fast, and push limits to drive measurable results.
- Team quarterback - Mentor, inspire, and manage a talented squad of marketers, designers, and creators.
