We’re expanding our go-to-market team and hiring a Sales Manager who can lead reps through complex deals and coach them to success. You’ll manage and mentor Account Executives, drive outbound sales strategy, and partner with Revenue and Product leaders to shape a scalable GTM engine. This is a great fit for someone who thrives in startup environments and wants to grow a winning team.
What You’ll Do
- Coach and manage AEs navigating long, strategic sales cycles
- Support pipeline development and ensure consistent deal velocity
- Align with Product, Marketing, and RevOps on execution and feedback loops
- Monitor performance metrics using Salesforce and Gong
- Help build repeatable sales infrastructure for future growth
What You Bring
6+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with 2+ years in a leadership or team lead roleProven ability to mentor reps and influence GTM strategyProficient in CRM and sales tools; data-driven and process-orientedComfortable working remotely and cross-functionally during ET hoursBonus
