We are seeking experienced developers and technical experts for the role of Instructional Staff in our AI‑assisted programming educational program. We’re also looking for skilled educators, trainers, and practitioners in AI automation, soft‑skills development, and business transformation. Candidates can join on a part‑time basis, leading interactive live sessions and workshops for professional developers and business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Live Learning Experiences

Lead engaging live sessions, workshops, and webinars focused on your area of expertise – AI‑assisted programming, automation workflows, soft‑skills development, or business transformation.

Mentor students during 1‑on‑1 video calls, addressing specific questions and challenges.

Work closely with instructional designers to create or refine course structure aligned with program goals and learner needs.

Adapt delivery style and materials to meet diverse learner needs.

Qualifications

AI Automation roles : 3+ years of hands‑on experience in AI automation and workflow design.

AI Automation Instructors should have practical experience with automation platforms (Make, Zapier, n8n, Power Automate), AI platforms and APIs (ChatGPT, OpenAI API, Claude, Llama, Copilot), productivity and visualization tools (Miro, Notion, Airtable, Google Workspace), RPA platforms (UiPath or similar), a solid understanding of AI integration principles, and experience applying automation in real business environments.

Proven experience conducting online training sessions, workshops, or webinars (internal or public).

English proficiency : B2 or higher (spoken and written).

Comfortable utilizing AI‑driven tools (LLMs like ChatGPT, Claude) to streamline routine and creative tasks.

Availability to dedicate 10‑15 hours per week on a flexible schedule.

Understanding of motivational design principles in education.
