Job Summary :
As an Entry-Level Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with product selection, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will work as part of a dynamic team to meet sales goals, maintain store appearance, and promote the brand’s products and services.
Key Responsibilities :
Customer Service : Greet customers, provide product information, answer questions, and assist in finding products based on customer needs.
Sales Support : Actively engage with customers to encourage purchases, upsell, and promote ongoing sales or promotions.
Product Knowledge : Stay informed about the company’s products, services, and promotions to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
Store Maintenance : Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing. This includes stocking shelves, cleaning displays, and ensuring merchandise is properly tagged.
Checkout Assistance : Operate the cash register, process transactions, and handle returns and exchanges according to company policies.
Team Collaboration : Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Customer Satisfaction : Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience and repeat business.
