Our client is seeking a Technical Sales Representative (TSR) to promote and market their concepts and products to current and potential clients within a defined territory. The TSR will assess crop needs, conduct research and soil testing, provide tailored solutions, and establish long-term relationships with farmers. This role reports to the Regional Manager and requires both technical agricultural expertise and sales acumen.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with 34 farmers daily to introduce our client, identify their needs, conduct soil testing, recommend solutions, close sales, and provide follow-up.
- Plan and organize activities, segment the territory, and optimize the customer network to achieve management-set targets.
- Engage the client network through events, WhatsApp groups, and other channels to promote solutions.
- Develop and maintain a customer portfolio.
- Ensure accurate reporting through CRM updates and activity reports.
