BI Engineer / Graduate - fully remote

Role Summary
You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support, analyze, and enhance telecom-focused software products. The role suits an analytical thinker who enjoys working with data, solving technical challenges, and continuously improving systems in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and extract data to support reporting, insights, and decision-making
• Work closely with internal teams to support and improve business-critical applications
• Assist with troubleshooting, configuration, and performance optimization of software systems
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions

Key Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, provided they have strong academic transcripts
• Solid knowledge of SQL, with the ability to write complex queries
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Basic understanding of web applications and software systems
• Exposure to or interest in ASP.NET applications is advantageous
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or Perl is a plus
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setup
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
