Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Nelspruit. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, managing a team of real estate agents, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. Additional tasks include developing and implementing marketing strategies, liaising between property owners and tenants, providing excellent customer service, and handling administrative duties. The Branch Manager will also conduct market research, generate reports, and coordinate training for staff.

Qualifications

• Full Status Real Estate Agent
• Must hold a valid Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC)
• 2–3 years of experience as a successful real estate agent
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Willingness to undergo Rawson Properties Training
• Passionate about real estate and building high-performing teams
• Strong knowledge of the local Nelspruit property market (advantageous)
