Senior Technical Manager

Our client has an opportunity available for a Senior Technical Manager based in Centurion.

Requirements :

Matric

Code B driver’s license

B Tech or a degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering

5+ years’ experience in Maintenance Engineering, CRM and Property Management

Knowledge of Soft service, CRM, Property Management and Financial Management

SAP knowledge - essential

Proven experience as an Engineer Manager

Responsibilities :

• Demonstrate and instil effective adherence to processes on infrastructure maintenance
• Manage staff and resolve conflicts
• Assist in managing technical projects and provide technical support
• Monitor service provider performance
• Monitor and evaluate maintenance work performed by technical staff
• Ensure optimal utilization of resources in maintenance works
• Identify maintenance risks on client’s property and equipment for evaluation and resolution
