Reports To : Managing Director

Location : Saudi Arabia

Role Overview

As the Technical Manager, you will be responsible for leading multidisciplinary technical teams and overseeing all technical functions that support the company’s operations and projects. From design to implementation, your role ensures that every technical aspect is aligned with quality, safety, and project requirements.

You will be the strategic and technical anchor of the organization—driving continuous improvement, resource efficiency, and technical compliance to support project success and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Provide regular technical updates and strategic input to the Managing Director.

Lead, mentor, and manage engineering and support teams to ensure cohesive execution.

Liaise with external engineering consultants and contractors to guide design and implementation phases.

Oversee quality assurance and technical compliance in line with industry standards and project specs.

Implement and monitor inspection and testing plans throughout project lifecycles.

Review project documents (scope, specs, drawings) to create accurate and competitive bids.

Identify, analyze, and resolve technical challenges in collaboration with project teams.

Maintain detailed technical records and documentation for traceability and reporting.

Allocate resources effectively across departments to ensure optimal project delivery.

Manage departmental budgets and ensure strict cost control.

Enhance organizational structure and workflows for increased operational efficiency.

Oversee performance reviews, career development, and team coaching.

Ensure alignment of individual and departmental performance with business objectives.

Promote and uphold a culture of governance, ethics, and compliance.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or related).

Minimum of 10 years’ technical experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.

Proven leadership experience managing engineering teams and complex technical functions.
