Business Analyst

We are a dynamic Tech Consulting company seeking experienced  Business Analysts  to join our team on a client engagement within the  investment space . The ideal person will have a strong background in  Investment  or  LISP (Linked Investment Service Provider)  environments and be comfortable working across both  business and IT domains .

What you'll do :

• Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive requirement elicitation and solution design.
• Collaborate with development teams, testers, and project managers to ensure successful delivery.
• Support change management and implementation processes.
• Conduct gap analyses and impact assessments.
• Ensure alignment between business goals and technology solutions.

Your Expertise :

Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the  investment or LISP  domain.

Strong understanding of financial products, platforms, and operations.

Ability to work across both  business and IT  functions.

Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.

Experience in Agile and / or Waterfall environments.

Qualifications :

Matric

Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Finance, IT, or related field.

Business Analysis certification (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is advantageous.
