Job descriptionImplement statistical reporting processes and present timeous reports to stakeholders Analyse customer and player behaviour, spending patterns, and demographic trends Download, clean, and synthesise raw data to produce accurate statistical reports Identify discrepancies in statistical models and implement corrective actions Generate ad hoc reports and simplify findings for executive stakeholders Maintain and improve workflow platforms and business workflows Ensure compliance with internal controls, Gambling Board, and regulatory requirements Education : Experience : Proven experience with Power BI (or equivalent) and advanced Excel, including VBA programming Exposure to ETL processes, data warehousing, and statistical analysis software (SPSS, SQL, and Power Query) Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills High attention to detail, and process-driven mindset Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment Adaptability to change and a willingness to continuously improve processes

Key Responsibilities :
Job Experience and Skills Required :
Matric & Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a similar quantitative field
35 years experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking abilities
