What are we looking for?

We are seeking for Operations Assistant to handle a variety of tasks to support the manufacturing and production processes.

What do we expect from the candidate?

The candidate will be ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

The key responsibilities :

• Forklift operation.
• Formulating products.
• Manufacturing plant operations.
• Weighing materials.
• Housekeeping.
• Product filling.
• Track raw material stores activities.
• Waste handling.
• Effluent treatment and handling.
• Wear required PPE as specified in product batch sheets and the RAIMS.
• Accountable for own basic discipline, following instructions, timekeeping, adhering to all company procedures including Safety, Manufacturing, Site, Quality control regulations and procedures.
• Responsible for reporting all and any safety accidents and incidents, near misses and any other abnormal observations and / or events that they experience or that occur in the area in which they work to the Team Leader immediately (or as soon as practically possible after occurrence).
• This role requires flexibility, including the possibility of overtime and must be willing to work rotational 12-hour shifts.
