Product Manager (CH1163)

Our client, a leading payment aggregator and provider of secure payment solutions, is looking for a

customer-centric Product Manager to join their growing team. The main purpose of the role is to take responsibility for our online servicing and ecommerce capabilities. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product vision and roadmap for the tools and features that our customers rely on daily.

You will be the voice of our customers, deeply understanding their needs and translating them into innovative solutions that deliver a world-class user experience. This is a high-impact role where you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape the future of our industry leading products.

Responsibilities will include :

• Product Vision & Strategy : Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for our client onboarding, servicing dashboards and e-commerce capabilities, aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives.
• Roadmap & Prioritisation : Create and manage a data-driven product roadmap, prioritising features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market analysis, business value, and technical feasibility.
• Customer-Centricity : Act as the primary advocate for our merchants, conducting user research, interviews, and data analysis to gain deep insights into their pain points, needs, and workflows.
• Requirements Definition : Translate product strategy into detailed requirements,

user stories, and acceptance criteria for our engineering and design teams.
