• Staff supervision and training
• Quality product delivery within deadline targets essential
• OTIF
• Timesheet management
• Labour allocation within budget
• SHEQ / FSET / HACCP / FDA / Food safety
• Problem solving and reporting on production performance
• Production meetings etc
