• Manage appointment bookings and scheduling for patients and practitioners

• Welcome and assist patients with professionalism and care

• Answer and redirect incoming calls efficiently

• Maintain precise patient records and filing systems

• Handle email correspondence and general enquiries

• Process patient accounts, invoices, and payments

• Support with medical aid administration and claims processing

• Manage practitioner diaries and confirm appointments

• Follow up on outstanding documentation and patient information

• Perform general office administration and reception duties

• Provide administrative support to the physiotherapy team

Requirements:

• Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within healthcare

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Word and Excel

• Ability to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality

• Excellent organisational and time management skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Basic knowledge of medical aid administration and claims processing (advantageous)
