POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements degree 5 - 10 years' relevant experience Strong financial and reporting background Experience across compliance and financial controls Understanding of legal and regulatory processes Strong Excel and accounting systems knowledge Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Key Responsibilities Oversee financial accounting and reporting processes Ensure strong financial controls and compliance across the business Monitor collections and support cash-flow management Work closely with operational teams to improve processes and efficiencies Analyse financial and operational performance Provide financial insights to senior management Monitor business processes and identify areas for improvement Assist with strategic projects and ad hoc analysis Act as a key link between , operations and senior leadership Key Skills & Competencies Strong commercial and operational understanding Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability High attention to detail Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills Confident dealing with sensitive financial and legal matters Proactive, hands-on approach Ability to operate comfortably at both strategic and operational level Your experience has got you this far.
