Financial Controller

Requirements:

• CA(SA) or Completed CIMA Qualification
• 3-5 years' post-qualification experience
• Strong understanding of the full finance function
• Experience with variance analysis and reporting
• Commercially minded with strong analytical skills
• Experience preparing management and financial reports
• CaseWare experience advantageous
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full finance function
• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
• Perform detailed variance analysis and reporting
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
• Assist with month-end and year-end reporting
• Provide financial insights to support business decisions
• Work closely with stakeholders across the organisation
• Drive continuous improvement within finance processes
