You'll be joining a property group with a varied portfolio spanning retail, commercial and other property sectors. The business combines property ownership and management with ongoing development, creating a finance environment shaped by different assets, operations and reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and maintain general ledger accuracy
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
- Support month-end and year-end reporting processes
- Monitor financial transactions and ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Assist with audit requirements and financial queries
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- BCom Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the property industry
- Property industry experience
- Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting systems
