A respected player in the chemical manufacturing industry is seeking a Financial Manager to join their team in Pretoria. This is more than a reporting role. It's an opportunity to take ownership of the finance function within a dynamic manufacturing environment where margins matter, operational efficiency is key, and strategic financial leadership is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the full finance function
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Prepare monthly management accounts and board reports
- Drive cost control initiatives and profitability analysis
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- BCom Accounting
- CA(SA)
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment
- Previous Financial Management experience essential
