Assistant Management Couple

This is a hands-on, front-facing role for a pair who can run different departments with real polish, support the Lodge Managers on admin and planning, and step confidently into the top seat whenever the Lodge Managers are off duty or on leave.

Core Criteria:

• Proven track record leading from the front in a luxury lodge or hotel environment
• Strong guest interaction skills and a genuine commitment to five-star service
• Solid people management ability, including staff supervision and discipline
• Food and beverage management experience
• Sound admin, planning, and stock control skills
• Between the two candidates, at least one strong in F&B and one strong in admin/stock is acceptable)

Candidate Responsibilities:

• Oversee and run all food and beverage operations
• Support the Lodge Managers with administrative duties and forward planning
• Relieve the Lodge Managers fully when they are off duty or on leave
• Lead, manage, and motivate lodge personnel on a daily basis
• Maintain five-star guest service standards across the property
• Handle stock control and general operational organising
