About the Opportunity

Are you a target-driven, high-performing sales professional with experience in financial services or insurance? A leading financial services provider specializing in home and property insurance solutions is looking for a dynamic Sales Consultant to join their growing team in Pretoria.

In this role, you will be responsible for converting warm, pre-qualified leads provided directly by top-tier bond origination partners. No cold calling requiredjust pure focus on building rapport, generating quotes, providing expert service, and closing deals!

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Conversion: Perform outbound calls to warm leads generated via partner networks, present tailored insurance products, generate quotes, and close sales.

• Customer Excellence: Build trust-based client relationships, handle inquiries professionally, and ensure an exceptional customer journey.

• Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed individual KPIs and monthly sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

• Compliance & Admin: Keep accurate client records on the CRM system and ensure all sales activities adhere strictly to FSCA and FAIS regulations.

Minimum Requirements

• Education: Grade 12 / Matric Certificate.

• Mandatory Qualifications: RE5 qualification AND full FAIS compliance (e.g., NQF 5 in Wealth Management or equivalent).

• Experience: Proven track record of exceeding targets in a high-volume sales or target-driven environment. Insurance or financial services experience is highly preferred.

• Skills: Strong negotiation and communication abilities, CRM proficiency, self-motivation, and high ethical standards.
