Used Car Recon Specialist

Key Responsibilities :

• Inspect and assess pre-owned vehicles to identify reconditioning needs.
• Perform mechanical, electrical, and cosmetic repairs according to OEM and dealer specifications.
• Coordinate with workshop, parts, and detailing teams to ensure efficient reconditioning.
• Ensure vehicles meet quality, safety, and aesthetic standards before sale.
• Maintain accurate records of all reconditioning work performed.
• Recommend improvements in reconditioning processes and standards.
• Assist in training junior reconditioning staff where applicable.
