Role Overview
We’re looking for a Client Happiness Coordinator who enjoys creating smooth, thoughtful experiences for both clients and internal teams. In this role, you’ll work directly with principal attorneys to support strategic initiatives, improve workflows, and strengthen client relationships. Your work will help ensure that clients feel informed, valued, and well cared for throughout their journey. If you’re someone who thrives in a proactive, organized, and people-focused environment, this role will be a great fit.
Schedule :
Monday to Friday from 9 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM EST (USA)
