Job description
Job Description:
- Design LV and MV electrical systems
- Develop power distribution and protection schemes
- Produce electrical calculations and technical documentation
- Support UPS, standby generation and backup power designs
- Review switchgear and transformer specifications
- Assist with commissioning and project delivery activities
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Electrical Design Engineering
- Proven experience in electrical power distribution and infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of electrical protection and coordination principles
- Experience producing technical drawings, calculations and design documentation
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, ETAP, EPLAN or similar software
- Ability to work across multiple engineering disciplines and stakeholders
- Experience within data centres, renewables, manufacturing, mining, substations or critical infrastructure advantageous
Qualification:
- BEng, BSc or BTech in Electrical Engineering
- Additional training in Power Systems, Protection Studies or Electrical Design advantageous
