Mining Hrd Coordinator

Job Description

Ivanplats is looking for a HRD Coordinator Mining. IVANPLATS (Pty) Ltd, a subsidiary of Ivanhoe Mines, is advancing the development of its world-class palladium-rhodium-nickel-copper-gold project in the Limpopo Province near Mokopane. This unique mineral deposit will be exploited using large mechanised state-of-the-art underground mining methods, deploying the latest technology to develop this "mine of the future". Suitably qualified and experienced candidates are invited to apply for the following vacancies required for the project development.

Suitable candidates must possess the following minimum qualifications and skills :

• Grade 12.
• NQF Level 5 OD ETDP Higher Certificate or equivalent qualification.
• Assessor and Moderator Certificate registered with MQA.
• At least five years HRD and related experience
• Blasting Ticket
• Shiftboss Course will be advantageous
• Mine Overseer Certificate will be Advantageous
• Competent in mine HRD and HR systems and related legislation.
• Must have thorough knowledge and experience in ISO 9001 : 2015.
• Competent and experienced in process / procedure design and learning material development.
• Computer literate for the role.
