Must have a Bachelor’s Degree or a Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, or Procurement.
Must have at least 10 years of experience in a similar role within the construction, engineering, or procurement sector.
Must have knowledge of tendering procedures for public and private sector projects.
Must have strong administrative and organizational skills.
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
