Minimum 7 years previous experience

Admin and operational support to the sales & marketing teams

Ensure smooth running of campaigns events and daily tasks

Provide monthly manufacturing stats

Monitoring and managing up to date prospects

Customer relationships

assistance in cash collections

Assist with setting pricing on quotes / tenders which includes checking customers terms

Marketing - management of marketing budgets

Assist in negotiating contracts and tenders

Monitoring of monthly departmental expenses

Process implementation and compliance of ISO

Grade 12 relevant degree essential

Own transport and valid drivers license

Sound MS Office knowledge

Experience with CRM and accounting systems

Construction industry knowledge would be an added advantage
