The Role : Sales Administrator Technical Quotes & Tenders

This role centres on preparing accurate, high-quality quotations and tenders that empower the commercial team to deliver complete weighing solutions. You will ensure submissions are aligned to customer requirements, delivered on time, and reflect the company's reputation for technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare technical quotations and tender documents for weighing systems and equipment
• Perform advanced pricing calculations with accuracy and attention to detail
• Collaborate with technical and commercial teams to align quotes with specifications
• Track and manage tender submissions to ensure compliance and deadlines are met
• Maintain organized records of all quotations and tenders
• Liaise with customers and suppliers for clarifications and follow-ups
• Provide general administrative support to the commercial team
