Operations Supervisor Port Elizabeth

Job Purpose :

Seeking an Operations Supervisor at our Port Elizabeth Branch. The candidate should be a highly motivated, disciplined, self-starting individual. Willing to work long hours and weekends (available 24 / 7 / 365). The candidate must be presentable and well spoken. Able to converse with clients and resolve client complaints.

Key Responsibilities :

• Day-to-day planning of branch resources.
• Logistical planning of equipment, site deliveries and collections.
• Allocation of manpower.
• Attend to site specific issues.
• Record keeping (employee & fleet matrix).
• Crane operator recertification and annual medicals tracking.
• Planned Job Observations.
• Problem solving.
• Attend to non-branch related tasks.
• Shutdown planning.
