The Storefront Digital Experience team is at the core of our eCommerce platform, responsible for shaping and optimizing the full customer journey—from the homepage through discovery, consideration, and checkout, all the way to post-purchase interactions. We own and evolve key experience surfaces including search, navigation, product detail pages, cart, and checkout. By working cross-functionally, we aim to create seamless, intuitive, and high-performing digital experiences that drive engagement, satisfaction, and sustainable business growth.

As a Product Analyst , you’ll be functionally embedded within this team, acting as a strategic thought partner to product managers, designers, and engineers. You’ll apply a data-informed perspective to every stage of the product development process—uncovering user behavior insights, designing and evaluating experiments, and measuring the impact of new features and optimizations across all digital touchpoints. This is a high-impact role where your work will directly influence product direction, help prioritize what matters most, and shape how millions of customers interact with our platform every day.

We work in truly cross-functional product teams , where product, design, engineering, and analytics collaborate closely to solve meaningful customer problems and deliver measurable value. Product analytics plays a foundational role in this model—bringing clarity to complexity, surfacing opportunities through data, and enabling teams to move with confidence. We believe that the best product decisions come from the intersection of customer insight, business impact, and analytical rigor —and in this role, you’ll be at the center of enabling that vision.

This position reports to the BI Manager.

Your mission, should you choose to accept it :

As a pivotal analytical partner , you will work closely with product managers and engineers to shape innovative features and technologies that elevate the customer experience and drive measurable impact. You will be both independently and jointly accountable for how we measure product performance , define success, and guide teams toward confident, data-informed decisions. Your insights will directly influence roadmap priorities, product iteration, and long-term strategy.
