Duties:

• Monitor and improve store sales and profitability

• Implement operational policies and procedures

• Conduct staff training and performance reviews

• Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations

• Manage day-to-day store activities to ensure seamless operations

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of retail management experience

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Proven planning and organizational abilities

• Good understanding of financial controls and stock management

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Sage Experience
