POSITION INFO:
The ideal candidate is a hands-on hospitality professional who enjoys being on the floor and setting the tone for the guest experience from arrival to departure. They are reliable, well-presented and comfortable working flexible hours in a live-in lodge environment.

Core Criteria:

• Previous front-of-house or guest service experience in a lodge, hotel or restaurant
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine, guest-first approach
• Well-presented, professional and enthusiastic
• Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written skills
• Willingness to work hospitality hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
• Reliable, adaptable and a strong team player, comfortable living on the property

Candidate Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests on arrival and ensure a warm, seamless check-in and check-out
• Attend to guest queries, requests and feedback promptly and professionally
• Oversee front-of-house service, including dining and bar areas where required
• Maintain high standards of presentation and service throughout guest areas
• Support reservations, guest communication and general administrative duties
• Liaise with kitchen, housekeeping and management to ensure smooth daily operations
• Escalate guest concerns to management in a timely manner
• Step in across the operation wherever needed

On Offer:

• Salary: R10,500 per month
• Live-in position
