Job description

Qualifications & Experience
Essential:

  • Grade 12 / Matric.
  • 35 years' experience in a luxury hotel, boutique hotel, lodge or five-star hospitality environment is preferred.
  • Previous experience in Butler, Guest Relations, Waiter/Waitress, F&B or a senior service position.
  • Excellent knowledge of luxury guest service standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional, polished and well-groomed appearance.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest requirements.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
