POSITION INFO:
Job Description: Take full ownership of the function across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and strong financial control Deliver insightful monthly management accounts and exception reporting that enable faster and better business decisions Lead the annual budgeting process and provide ongoing forecasting to support growth and business planning Drive month-end and year-end processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting Manage cash flow forecasting and provide proactive recommendations to maintain financial stability and liquidity Build and strengthen financial policies, controls, and procedures that create a scalable finance function Partner with executives by providing meaningful financial insights, analysis, and commercial support Lead relationships with auditors, banks, tax consultants, and external stakeholders Mentor and develop the finance team, creating accountability and a culture of continuous improvement Champion automation, process improvement, and digital transformation initiatives that improve efficiency across the business Skills & Experience: Proven experience(2 - 5 years) as managing a team within an SME, group, or multi-entity environment Strong financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and compliance expertise Ability to work independently, take ownership, and create structure in a growing business environment Advanced Excel and ERP system experience, with the ability to improve processes and reporting A proactive, solutions-driven approach with strong stakeholder management and leadership capability Qualification: Degree + articles For more information connect with us on and Register your CV to create a profile and to view all our Financial recruitment vacancies.
