POSITION INFO:

Job Description:

You'll take ownership of the finance function while partnering with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, cash flow management, costing, and commercial decision-making. This role combines financial accounting with management accounting, making it ideal for someone who enjoys understanding how a business operates, not just how the numbers move.


Skills & Experience:

• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
• Manage VAT, PAYE, reconciliations, and statutory compliance
• International payments experience
• Monitor profitability, margins, revenue, and expenses
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Perform project, product, and costing analyses
• Build financial models, dashboards, and KPI reporting
• Support pricing decisions and commercial initiatives
• Partner with operations, procurement, and sales teams
• Assist with audit requirements and financial controls
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and business performance
• Minimum 3 years' accounting experience
• Strong management accounting and commercial finance exposure
• Advanced Excel skills
• ERP system experience
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, project-based, or industrial environments advantageous

Qualification:

• BCom Accounting or similar qualification
• Completed SAIPA or SAICA, or CIMA in progress
