A Recruitment Consultant who can:
ð Hunt talent like a headhunter
ð¼ Sell like a sales pro
ð Cold call without breaking a sweat
ð¤ Build relationships that outlast most Wi-Fi connections
ð§ Exercise judgement sharper than a brand-new stapler blade

ð What you’ll be doing (aka your natural habitat):
- Finding and growing long-lasting client relationships
- Understanding client needs even better than they do
- Screening, matching & placing top-tier talent
- Advising job seekers like a career GPS
- Finalising client–candidate agreements
- Sourcing on every platform that exists (and some that shouldn’t)
- Posting job ads that actually attract humans

ð¯ Requirements:
â 2–3 years Recruitment or Sales Consultant experience
â Cold calling confidence
â Placement Partner experience
â Strong sourcing & recruiting skills
â Excellent communication
â Organized, target-driven, and personality for days
â Degree/Honours in Industrial Psych, Marketing, or Business
