POSITION INFO:

Job description:

• Process daily accounting transactions up to trial balance
• Manage creditors and debtors functions
• Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations
• Process supplier invoices and payments
• Prepare monthly journals and reconciliations
• Assist with cash flow monitoring and reporting
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation
• Assist with VAT reconciliations and submissions
• Support month-end reporting requirements
• Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders regarding account queries

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years' of Bookkeeping experience
• Strong creditors and debtors experience within an intergroup environment
• Exposure to the retail construction environment
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organisational skills
• Available immediately

Qualification:

• Relevant Bookkeeping or Accounting qualification
• Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Finance advantageous
